  1. When I was a kid in Hamilton, Ontario – in the 40’s – there was quite a big dip in our street. All the kids in the neighbourhood would come out and play in the water unless there was lightning and thunder. No A/C then and it could get pretty hot and stuffy. No neighbourhood pools either – only the Y some distance away – in the days when your parents didn’t take you everywhere! We made our own fun!!

  2. This brings another memory. On the day school was out , My Cousin
    John Darsey came over and told my Mother.,it’ time to go barefooted.
    I don’t think we wore shoes again untill school started. Thanks John.

  3. Jacob Cota yooothe first ones in the video it reminded me of that one time at grandmas it rained sooo hard it flooded out infront of her house and you and Judy went running down to the big street and lightening and thunder hit y’all turned around real quick 🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣

  4. Those days …wow!! Thank you God for your Blessings through rain. Adults and children alike we all are joyful running, dancing, playing in the rain. Our hearts pound with joy and the life seems so nice and happy when it rains. Thank you God
